The lawsuit contended that the nonstick coating contained polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which belongs to the PFAS family of chemicals linked to serious health issues and environmental harms ClassAction.org. These “forever chemicals” have raised significant consumer health concerns in recent years.

Who Qualifies

The settlement benefits consumers who purchased one or more eligible HexClad products between February 1, 2022, and March 31, 2024 Top Class Actions. Eligible products include various HexClad Hybrid pans, pots, woks, and multiple cookware sets containing these items. Settlement Benefits

Class members can receive cash payments based on the number of eligible products they purchased and the amount paid Top Class Actions. Those who purchased just one product may receive a higher pro-rata share of the settlement fund compared to those who bought multiple items. The exact payment amounts will vary depending on the total number of valid claims submitted.

Proof of purchase is not required for class members who submit claims for one or two products Top Class Actions, making it easier for consumers to participate. However, those claiming three or more products must provide documentation such as receipts or order confirmations.
